This communication framework has been developed in conjunction with the Harvard School of Business over the past 10 years by Deon Basson and his team at 2interact with offices in Johannesburg, London, and New York. More than 850k assessments have been distributed worldwide, and a decade of data has helped us define this framework as one of the most valuable communication tools of the century. About the Instrument
The instrument breaks communication preference down into two groups; communication styles, and communication behaviors. Through training, this framework can help you understand your own communication preferences, and educate you and your teams on the appropriate times to employ specific communication behaviors.
This is not a merely another personality diagnostic. Our Communication Intelligence (CI) pricing structure varies based on the type of training delivered, however below are some general parameters that you can expect regarding our price structure.
Workshops: $3,000.00 U.S. per day + $150.00 U.S. per attendee
(This is inclusive of 1 trainer plus assessments for each attendee. Each attendee will receive a digital copy of their custom profile and a 100+ page training guide.)
Assessment and Profile only
This framework is fairly new in the U.S. and we believe it will have a profound impact on communication at every level. If you are a corporate leader or an educator, you can access the online assessment for free on our site for a limited time only. Upon completion each participant will receive a personalized Communication Intelligence profile, and a 22-page customized report that will provide you with further insights about your communication style and behavior.
Corporate: $225.00 (Normally $300.00) – per person
Education: $99.00 – per student / faculty
Train-the-Trainer: Licensed IP
Our Train-the-Trainer workshops are usually two days and typically involve smaller groups and a follow up half-day session at 6 months. (Our fee includes 1 trainer and one facilitator for up to 30 attendees plus assessments for each attendee. Each attendee will receive a digital copy of their custom profile and a 100+ page training guide, along with a CI Certification as “Certified Trainer.” Trainers will have access to CI support for 12 months via phone, email, and video.) This licensed intellectual property includes unlimited use of the CI online assessment, the custom profile results, and a customized digital learner guide for each participant, as long as they are apart of the licensed organization.
