Our firm’s founder is a veteran from the Persian Gulf War. Steve Blackwell was a member of the 167 Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron out of Martinsburg, West Virginia. Blackwell was activated to participate in Operation Desert Storm in 1991 where he served as a flight medic in the U.S. Air Force. He was enlisted in the WV Air National Guard for six years and traveled throughout the Middle East and around the world.
Blackwell has traveled to nearly every state in the U.S. and more than 20 countries. Blackwell says he is most thankful for the unique perspective he has gained through the opportunity to serve others around the world.
